  1. First off, I wanted to mention that I really loved your description of Still’s pieces. They are very well written and create vivid images while reading your paper. I also wanted to note that I liked your description of the colors he used as well. While I analyzed different paintings than you did, I also noticed that there was this “violent” element to some of his paintings, but that they also held this sense of peace to them. I’m glad to see that someone else caught onto that aspect.
    I also wanted to say that I really liked how you went in-depth in your analyzation of “PH-77”. It was great how you pulled similar works from Still’s predecessors and applied them to his work even though they were created during entirely different time periods.
